European Union Law Chairs of the Department of Italian and Supranational Public Law (International and EU Law Section) of the University of Milan (Italy) invites submissions of papers for a Conference on "The reform of the rules of procedure of the EU Courts" that will be held in Milan on 16 December 2016.
The Authors may propose their papers by sending an abstract (about 1,500 words) which outlines the main interesting aspects and areas of discussion on the future of the EU judicial architecture (for further details, see the pdf version of the Call for Papers).
The abstracts, which may be drawn up in Italian, English or French, shall be sent by 10 August 2016, together with a curriculum vitae of the Author, to the following email address: email@example.com. The results of the selection will be communicated by 30 August 2016.
The final version of the paper (between 7,000 and 10,000 words) shall be submitted by 7 November 2016 and will be presented and discussed at the Conference in the language chosen by the Author. The authors of the selected papers will obtain a refund of the travel and subsistence expenses.
